EVENT RULES

Phase 1:

• Online submission of full length paper.

• The paper should be in IEEE format and sent in MS Word 97-2010 compatability mode only.

• Graphs, Simulation results, etc can be included if necessary.

• Specify the name of the topic in  the "Subject" field of the e-mail.

• The first page of the paper should contain the following details:

  • Topic:

  • Name of the author(s):

  • Email id(s):

  • Contact no(s):

  • Name of the college(s):

 

DEADLINE: 8TH SEPTEMBER 2017

• The authors of the selected paper will be informed via e-mail (synchron2k17@gmail.com) on 12Th September 2017.Incomplete entries are liable to rejection.

 

Phase 2: POWER POINT PRESENTATION:

• Maximum of  3  people per team.

• Presentation time per team: 8mins+2mins for viva.

• No of slides : 20-25.

• Use clear legible font in slides.

• Bring 2 hard copies of the paper.

• The MS PowerPoint presentations should be in 97-2010 compatibility mode only.

• Bring 1 soft copy (pen drive) of the paper and the PPT.
